Leanne Hillman, from Bolster Education, works alongside classroom educators to grow their capability in supporting access, participation, and engagement for all students.

In 2020 Leanne Hillman received a NSW Disability Strategy grant to work with a small set of Sydney schools to investigate ways to maximise the purposeful partnership of teachers and teaching assistants to increase learning outcomes for children with complex learning needs.

In this webinar, Leanne shares her observations of teaching assistants in action, and how teachers and teaching assistants are collaborating to build stronger teaching teams through lesson preparation and professional practice.
