Career Level Statements 

We are seeking your feedback on the career levels. This feedback will be collated, and provided to all IRG members, for review at our next meeting. 

Before providing feedback, please go to Stage 2.2 for an overview of the Focus Group meeting held on 16th June.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please download a copy of the Statement of Career Stages. This will enable you to view the stages side by side. You may wish to use this as a working document before submitting your feedback

In the statements below, each career level has been divided into three parts:
a) describes the level of supervision
b) describes competence in terms of knowledge and skills and how they are gained
c) describes the purpose of collaboration at the different stages. 

You may choose to answer a) b) and c) individually, OR combine your feedback in a single statement in d).

1. Early Career Teaching Assistant
2. Proficient Teaching Assistant
3. Highly Accomplished Teaching Assistant
4. Lead Teaching Assistant
